So after all the criticism Chris Nolan received for the sound work on Banes voice, he goes back and makes his voice so prominent that it shoots off the film and destroys the mood entirely. I pray to God this won’t be the way Tom Hardy sounds when The Dark Knight Rises releases in theaters July 20th 2012. I will say this though, this is a far better trailer than the first two and helps us understand the layers just a little bit more. Sure we still don’t know who the hell Joseph Gordon Levitt is playing, but none of that matters he looks great. Could we have seen a little bit of Marion Cotillard sure, but I’m splitting hairs at this point. I am hopeful for Anne Hathaway as Catwoman, I can’t tell wether or not a love thing will develop between her and Bruce, but it stands to reason they’ll be some chemistry. The Dark Knight also stars Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman and Michael Caine. Enjoy the trailer and all the “wonderful toys” (The Joker).
