Most of you know that Peter Jackson is directing The Hobbit , the first of The Lord Of the Rings series…sorry, it’s really not part of that series, but it stands as Tolkien‘s introduction into Middle Earth. The Hobbit was originally going to be directed by Guillermo Del Toro, but as any good director would do he turned it back over to the master, stating he had prior commitments…whatever. We are all just glad it’s back in the hands of the man who brought us The Lord Of The Rings. Long story short Peter’s been video blogging the day to day goings on of Hobbit production and posting them on Facebook for all to see and he’s not skimping out on the good stuff. It’s clear that a lot of the original cast are glad to be back on the set almost 14 years later.
