I gotta say they’ve done a great job at controlling what we’ve been seeing from the set of Man of Steel. That’s good marketing, not like some other movies (cough…ROBOCOP!) Controlled intervals people, the less we see the more we want and boy do I want to see this film more and more. Today we posted a cryptic message from the films evil doer General Zod played by Michael Shannon via iwillfindhim.com. His message in the viral vid is plain and simple, give up Superman or die. But where are Zod’s homeboys? You know, the one’s who were trapped along with him in a spinning piece of glass in Superman 2? Today, I think we’ve got a glimpse of at least one of them, Antje Traue who plays the villainess Faora. She sure is cuter than I expected she’d be, kinda threw me for a loop, but maybe she’ll make up for it in bitchery. Also pictured are some exclusives of Lawrence Fishburne and Russell Crowe who will be playing Jor-El. It’s a veritable cornucopia of talent being displayed in this film, one can only hope it’s going to be worth all the hype.
Man of Steel stars Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Michael Shannon, Russell Crowe, Kevin Costner, and Diane Lane Man of Steel opens in 3D in theaters everywhere on June 14th.

I’m thinking Zack Snyder/ Chris Nolan, how could this go wrong, but you never know. There’s a ton of pressure in reinventing an American icon. God Bless them for trying.
