Struggling with an intense, disruptive depression following the incarceration of her husband (Channing Tatum), Emily Taylor (Rooney Mara) turns to therapy and medication.  After prescriptions of Zoloft leave her numb and sexually ambivalent, her doctor, Johnathan Banks (Jude Law) consults with Emily’s previous doctor, Victoria Siebert (Catherine Zeta-Jones).  She turns Banks onto a new drug called Ablixa.
